Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information the service collects, why it is collected, and the choices you have. It covers this website and the ad intelligence workspace.
Information you give us
When you sign up or contact sales, we collect your name, work email, brand or agency name, role, website, the competitors you want tracked and anything you write in a message.
Inside the workspace, you may upload draft ads, landing page URLs and order exports so the Creative Scorer, Landing Page Check and Motive Map can work.
Information from connected accounts
If you connect ad accounts or a store platform, we read campaign results, ad creatives, search terms and order data. Access is read-only unless you separately grant write access to apply budget changes you approve.
You can disconnect any account at any time from settings. Disconnecting stops new data from being read, and you can ask for data already collected to be deleted.
Competitor data
Competitor ads are collected only from public sources: the Meta Ad Library, the Google Ads Transparency Center, the TikTok Creative Center, the LinkedIn Ad Library and similar transparency tools. We do not access any advertiser's private accounts or non-public data.
How we use information
To run the features you use: building competitor files, scoring creatives, mapping buyer motives, proposing budget plans and writing your Weekly Briefing.
To send login details, service notices and replies to your questions. We send product news only if you opt in, and every message has a way to unsubscribe.
To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and fix problems.
What we never do
We never sell your data. We never show your data, uploads, results or tracking list to other customers, including the competitors you track.
Your ads and results are not used to build benchmarks for anyone else's account.
Service providers
We use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They process data only on our instructions and only to provide their service.
Retention
Workspace data is kept while your account is active. If a trial ends without a plan being chosen, the workspace is paused for 30 days and then deleted. Closed accounts are deleted within 30 days, except where records must be kept for tax or legal reasons.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. You can also object to or restrict certain processing. Send requests through the contact page and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed to run forms securely, such as the verification check on the signup and contact forms. The workspace uses session cookies to keep you signed in.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change, we will notify account owners by email before it takes effect.
